Ten free minutes at the kerb only work if the passenger is already outside with the luggage, which is why the airport points waiting drivers at the car parks and the petrol stations. A driver booked for the flight waits there, not at the door.
Terminal Rules and TransferBnB have one owner, Green Wire Media. Nobody paid for this link.
Drivers who have to wait may use the petrol stations at the west and east of the airport, or car parks P20, P1, P3 and P4, and should drive to the terminal only when the passenger is outside with luggage.
Take a ticket at the entrance barrier and check it at a pay machine before leaving. The barrier opens by number plate once nothing is owed.
Coming back in
The 10 free minutes are given twice per calendar day. From the third entry the fee runs from the first minute.

Munich Airport has a page on TransferBnB, and answering a request there means registering first. A licensed transfer company can register as a carrier.
The prices and rules here are what the airport had published on the date shown beside each one. Airports change them without notice, and the sign at the barrier always wins. Terminal Rules is not the airport and cannot cancel or appeal a charge for you.
