The airport warns arriving passengers against drivers who approach them in the arrivals hall, and sends them to the taxi rank or the City Transfer counters.
Take a ticket at the five-lane barrier. Within 10 minutes the exit opens by itself; after that pay at a machine first.

The 10 free minutes count once per vehicle (number plate) per calendar day. From the second entry EUR 2.90 per 15 minutes is due at once.
Stop on the right along the departure terminals to let people out. To leave the car and go inside, use the two parking zones in the barrier area, the former K1 behind Terminal 1A and K4 opposite Terminal 3, at the same tariff. The free minutes do not lift any no-stopping sign.
A different price applies: Second or later entry on the same calendar day (same number plate). €2.90 up to 15 min, then €2.90 per 15 min.

The airport does not publish whether pre-booked cars are kept apart from the taxi rank in front of the arrivals hall, nor whether a permit is needed to collect passengers.
The airport offers taxis and limousines on commercial pick-ups several places to leave the vehicle at reduced rates, and marks a limousine garage on level 0 beside Terminal 1 on its access plan. The reduction works through value cards: EUR 50 of parking for EUR 45 or EUR 100 for EUR 90, valid in Car Parks 3 and 4, Parking C, K3 and the departure road.
The airport publishes no separate tariff, free minutes, maximum stay or height limit for the limousine garage. It points commercial drivers to the public price list and to value cards with a 10 per cent saving.
The central charter bus terminal has 28 bays for buses of every size, including 15 metre coaches, for boarding and alighting, a short walk from the terminals and the arrivals hall. Buses only.
